1. Select your bouquet and add it to the shopping cart
- Browse our website and choose the bouquet you would like to give to friends, family or colleagues
- In the menu bar you will find our bouquets sorted by theme to help you with your selection or click directly on our store
- As soon as you have placed your flower greeting in the shopping cart, the greeting cards will be displayed automatically
2. Optionally select greeting card & write personal message
- As soon as you have placed the desired bouquet in the shopping cart, the various greeting cards will automatically appear.
- Click on the desired greeting card and write your personal greeting.
3. Choose an optional small gift for your floral greeting
- We offer a variety of different small gifts that you can optionally add to your floral greeting. These will be displayed automatically during the booking process or you can find even more gifts to choose from in the store
4. Go to the checkout and log in
- Once you have placed all the products you want in your shopping cart, go directly to the checkout.
- To complete your order now, please log in.
- After logging in you can select delivery address, delivery time & delivery date
5. Select delivery address, delivery time & delivery date
- Once you have checked out and logged in, you can enter a separate delivery address, specify the delivery period and select the delivery day from a calendar.
- You can order up to 30 days in advance and daily until 17:00 for delivery the next morning.
6.Pay for your order
- Select your payment method in the next step.

7. Track your delivery with Track & Trace
- Our ambitious florists will carefully arrange the bouquet you order in our studio. In this way, we ensure that our floral creations are delivered exactly as shown in the picture in our store.
- Your bouquets will be delivered to your loved ones by Swiss Post couriers throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We deliver your bouquet to private customers, companies, hotels, hospitals, retirement homes and mountain pastures.
- The day before delivery, you will receive an e-mail from us with your personal tracking link. Simply click on this link on the day of delivery and you will immediately see when your bouquet has been delivered.
