Orders placed between 17:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday can be delivered the following day. Delays of one working day are possible. For important dates such as birthdays etc. choose the warranty delivery.
Guaranteed delivery for only 14.-chf. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday between 6 and 9 o'clock. Orders placed between 17:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday can be delivered on the following day.

How can I redeem a voucher? Value vouchers from Flower24.ch can be redeemed in the course of the order process. If you have selected the warranty delivery (this information can be found on your confirmation), your flower greetings will be delivered between 6:30 and 9:00.
If you have selected the standard delivery, your flower greeting will be delivered between 9: 00h and 17: 00h.
Unfortunately, we can not tell you the exact time, depending on the place and street of the delivery address.If it concerns a delivery to a company, a hospital or similar. Your flower greeting will be sent to the post office (reception etc.). Unfortunately we have no influence on the internal course and no proof. In tracking, you can only see if the delivery has been made in the company. Where is the teddy bear? (or my extra gift) If your flower greeting includes a teddy bear or another gift and the recipient has not found it, ask them to pull out the cardboard box.
